RESOLUTION NO. 69-036 <br /> RESOLUTION CALLING FOR HEARING ON <br /> to PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET IMPROVE- <br /> MENTS 1968-3, 1968-4; STORM SEWER <br /> IMPROVEMENT 1968-4; SEWER AND WATER <br /> IMPROVEMENT 1969-1 AND SEWER AND WATER <br /> SERVICES IMPROVEMENT 1969-2. <br /> WHEREAS, by a resolution adopted on September 9, 1969, the Village Clerk <br /> was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the following improve- <br /> ments : <br /> Street Improvement 1968-3 <br /> 1. Silver Lane - East of Silver Lake Road to the easterly boundary of <br /> the Village. <br /> Street Improvement 1968-4 <br /> 1. Ramsey County streets east of Silver Lake Road and North of 37th <br /> Avenue N.E. <br /> 2. Streets located within the St. Anthony Industrial Park. <br /> Storm Sewer Improvement 1968-4 <br /> 1. All properties lying east of Silver Lake Road which are located in <br /> Drainage District #4, Hennepin and Ramsey Counties. <br /> Sewer and Water Improvement 1969-1 <br /> 1. Properties located within the St. Anthony Industrial Park. <br /> 2. Salvation Army Property. <br /> Sewer and Water Improvement 1969-2 <br /> 1. Services installed to service properties for Ramsey County Industrial <br /> area, the construction of which are incidental to Improvement 1968-4. <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess- <br /> ment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be held at 8:00 P.M. <br /> on October 7, 1969, in the Village Hall to pass upon the proposed assessments and <br /> at such time and place all persons owning property assessed for the improvements <br /> will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to the assessment.
