RESOLUTION NO. 69-038 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT FOR <br /> SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT 1969-2 <br /> r SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT 1969-1 <br /> STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT 1968-4 <br /> STREET IMPROVEMENT 1968-4 <br /> STREET IMPROVEMENT 1968-3 <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to mailed and published notice as required by law, <br /> the St. Anthony Village Council has met, heard and passed upon all objections to <br /> the proposed assessments for the following improvements : <br /> Street Improvement 1968-3 <br /> 1. Silver Lane - East of Silver Lake Road to east boundary of Village. <br /> Street Improvement 1968-4 <br /> 1. Streets east of Silver Lake Road and north of 37th Avenue N.E. <br /> 2. Streets within St. Anthony Industrial Park. <br /> Storm Sewer Improvement 1968-4 <br /> 1. Property lying east of Silver Lake Road and within Village Storm <br /> Sewer Drainage District A. <br /> • Sewer and Water Improvement 1969-1 <br /> 1. Property within St. Anthony Industrial Park. <br /> 2. Salvation Army property on Silver Lake. <br /> Sewer and Water Improvement 1969-2 <br /> 1. Water services installed for properties in the Ramsey County <br /> industrial area. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Anthony Village Council : <br /> 1. The proposed assessments for each of the above improvements as <br /> amended, copies of which are attached and made a part of this resolution by <br /> reference, are hereby accepted and adopted and the same shall constitute the <br /> special assessment against each of the lands described therein and each tract of <br /> land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the municipal improve- <br /> ments in the amount of the special assessment levied against the lands for each <br /> improvement. <br /> 2. The assessments shall be payable in equal annual installments ex- <br /> tending over a period of 20 years, the first installments plus accrued interest <br /> to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1970, and said assess- <br /> ments shall bear interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum from the date of <br /> the adoption of this resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest <br /> • on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1970. <br /> To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on <br /> all unpaid installments. <br />
