• RESOLUTION NO. 69-o45 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING SUPPLEMENTAL <br /> ASSESSMENT FOR STREET AND STORM <br /> SEWER IMPROVEMENT 1952-1 <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to mailed and published notice as required by law, the <br /> St. Anthony Village Council has met, heard and passed upon all objections to the <br /> proposed supplemental assessment for Street & Storm Sewer Improvement 1952-1; <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> 1. The proposed supplemental assessment for the above-named improvement, <br /> a copy of which is attached and made a part of this resolution by reference, is <br /> hereby accepted and adopted and the same shall constitute the supplemental special <br /> assessment against each of the lands described therein, and each tract of land <br /> therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the municipal improvement <br /> in the amount of the special assessment levied against the lands for each improve- <br /> ment. <br /> 2. The supplemental assessments shall be payable in equal annual <br /> installments extending over a period of 5 years straight, the first installment <br /> plus accrued interest to be payable on or before the first Monday in January,1971, <br /> and said supplemental assessment shall bear interest at the rate of seven per cent <br /> • per annum from the date of the adoption of this resolution. To the first install- <br /> ment shall be added interest on the entire supplemental assessment from the date <br /> of this resolution until November 15, 1971. To each subsequent installment, when <br /> due, shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments. <br /> 3. The owner of any property herein assessed may at any time prior to <br /> certification of the assessment to the County Auditor pay the whole of the <br /> supplemental assessment on such property with interest accrued to the Village <br /> Treasurer, except that no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is <br /> paid within 30 days of the adoption of this resolution. The owner may at any time <br /> thereafter pay to the County Treasurer the entire amount of the assessment re- <br /> maining unpaid with interest accrued to November 15 of the year in which such <br /> payment is made. <br /> 4. The clerk shall transmit a certified duplicate of the assessment <br /> to the County Auditor to be extended on the proper tax lists of the county, and <br /> such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other <br /> municipal real property taxes. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of December, 1969. <br /> t'6'L-- <br /> May r <br /> 40 ATTEST: <br /> V41 a Cle Vil ge Agnager <br />
