• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 70-014 <br /> A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE FINAN- <br /> CING OF THE 1970 CONTRIBUTION TO THE <br /> DEFICIT OF THE $815,000-1963 REFUNDING <br /> BOND ISSUE <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Council by a Resolution adopted June 11 , 1963 <br /> provided for the funding of deficits in Street Improvement 1152-1 and Watermain <br /> Improvement 1953-1 , and <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Council at the time of the preparation of the 1970 <br /> Budget had under consideration the levying of a supplemental assessment against <br /> abutting properties improved under the aforesaid Improvements, and <br /> WHEREAS, after the holding of public hearings on the matter, and after <br /> advice of Counsel , it was decided to continue to finance said deficits from <br /> general revenue, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of $30,000 be transferred <br /> from the General Fund Reserve to Account #491-70 to provide for the annual deficit <br /> contribution not funded in the 1970 Budget as adopted. <br /> JAdopted this day of , 1970. <br /> • <br /> ATTEST: Mayor <br /> Villag Clerk <br /> 12, <br /> Vi age Manager <br />
