• <br /> RESOLUTION 77-002 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15 , 1977 AS CUT <br /> OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has consider- <br /> ed its construction program and, <br /> WHEREAS the Council deems it necessary to establish a time limit <br /> on the requests for public improvements so as to insure adequate time <br /> to comply with the improvement procedures as established in the <br /> Minnesota State Statutes . <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15th as the final day for accept- <br /> ing petitions for public improvements to be included in the 1977 con- <br /> struction program. <br /> ADOPTED: January 4 , 1977. <br /> • <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> L'1114 <br /> City anagt7 <br /> • <br />
