46 RESOLUTION 77-011 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF THE CITY OF ST. <br /> ANTHONY GRANT APPLICATION TO HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR INCLUSION IN <br /> THE URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> APPLICATION, IN ACCORD WITH THE HOUSING AND <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has executed a joint powers agree- <br /> ment with Hennepin County thereby agreeing to participate in a Grant <br /> Application under the Urban County designation provided for in the <br /> Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 , and <br /> WHEREAS, a grant application has been prepared requesting funds to <br /> undertake a community development program, including appropriate citizen <br /> par"Lcipation, goal establishment and implementation plans and procedures , <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that City Council , City of St. <br /> Anthcny, does hereby adopt the proposed Community Development Plan and <br /> Program and Housing Assistance Plan contained in the attached application <br /> for Federal assistance and authorizes submission of said application to <br /> Hennepin County as the Urban County Community Development Block Grant <br /> applicant. <br /> Ador_t.ed by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota at a <br /> regular meeting held January 25, 1977. <br /> Mayor <br /> d:�:ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> City nage <br />
