RESOLUTION 77-012 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF <br /> THE STRENGTH CHARGE SYSTEM BY THE METROPOLITAN <br /> WASTE CONTROL COMMISSION <br /> Whereas The Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has implemented <br /> an industrial user strength charge and, <br /> Whereas There are certain industries located in St. Anthony to <br /> which the industrial user strength charge applies. <br /> Now Therefore Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of <br /> St.. Anthony hereby authorizes the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission <br /> to implement the industrial user strength charge in St. Anthony and to <br /> bill and collect from all users the charge applies to. <br /> Ie oueoex <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: / <br /> City Clerk <br /> CitManage <br /> • <br />
