• RESOLUTION 77-017 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF THE CITY OF ST. <br /> ANTHONY REVISED GRANT APPLICATION TO HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR IN- <br /> CLUSION IN THE URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION, IN ACCORD WITH THE HOUSING AND <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has executed a joint powers <br /> agreement with Hennepin County thereby agreeing to participate in a <br /> Grant Application under the Urban County designation provided for <br /> in the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 , and <br /> WHEREAS, a grant application has been prepared requesting funds <br /> to undertake a community development program, including appropriate <br /> citizen participation, goal establishment and implementation plans <br /> and procedures, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City's allocation of funds has increased, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that City Council, City of St. <br /> Anthony, does hereby adopt the proposed Community Development Plan and <br /> Program and Housing Assistance Plan contained in the attached appli- <br /> cation for Federal assistance and authorizes submission of said <br /> application to Hennepin County as the Urban County Community Develop- <br /> ment Block Grant applicant. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota at <br /> a regular meeting held March 1, 1977. <br /> o <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk 61 <br /> C y mar" <br /> a a <br /> • <br />
