RESOLUTION 77-023 <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT OF <br /> SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Whereas the assessment roles for local improvements , Storm <br /> Sewer 68-1, Street Improvement 68-3, Street Improvement 68-4 , and <br /> Storm Sewer 68-4 were previously adopted and certified to the <br /> County Auditor of Ramsey County, and <br /> Whereas since such adoption certain properties within said <br /> assessment roles have been combined and conveyed, resulting in <br /> Division No. 051219 . <br /> Now Therefore Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony hereby authorizes that the County Auditor apportion <br /> the outstanding assessments as follows : <br /> A.
