• <br /> RESOLUTION 77-026 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT NO. 58454 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with the <br /> State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following <br /> purposes, to-wit: to provide for payment by the State to the City <br /> of the lump sum amount of $1,020 .00 as reimbursement in full for <br /> anv and all costs incurred by the City in the repair and restoration <br /> of 29th Avenue Northeast from Trunk Highway No. 8 to Stinson Boulevard <br /> necessitated by the damages resulting in part from the additional <br /> traffic volumes carried by said portion of 29th Avenue Northeast during <br /> the period St. Anthony Boulevard was closed to traffic for state con- <br /> tract construction thereon. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be and they hereby <br /> are authorized to execute such agreement.
