I <br /> i <br /> RESOLUTION 77-034 <br /> A RESOLUTION TERMINATING FUND NO. 55 AND TRANSFERRING <br /> THE MONEY THEREIN TO THE GENERAL FUND RESERVE (FUND NO. 10 RESERVE) <br /> Whereas, the bonded debt obligations of Fund No. 55 have been <br /> met; and <br /> Whereas, there is surplus money in said Fund; and <br /> Whereas, state law and city ordinances give the City the option <br /> to transfer surplus debt service money to the General Fund, upon <br /> elimination of all debt obligations; <br /> Now, Therefore Be It Resolved that all money in Fund No. 55 be <br /> transferred to the General Fund reserve <br /> Furthermore, that all future money receivable into Fund No. 55 <br /> shall be received into the General Fund reserve. <br /> • Adopted by the City Council July 26th, 1977. <br /> 044ae !e 4k0;-X&-' <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • <br />
