RESOLUTION 77-035 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HENNEPIN COUNTY TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC <br /> SALE OF TAX FORFEITED LAND IN THE CITY <br /> Member, Councilman Sundland offered the <br /> following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> has received from the County of Hennepin , a list of lands in said municipal - <br /> ity which became the property of the State of Minnesota , for non-payment of <br /> 1968 or 1969 real estate taxes, which said list has been designated as Classi- <br /> fication List No. 652-NC and <br /> WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore peen <br /> classfied by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> as non-conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authgrized <br /> by said Board of County Commissioners : <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said City Council , acting pursuant <br /> to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification by said Board of <br /> County Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said list as non- <br /> conservation land be and the same is hereby approved, and that the sale of <br /> • each such parcel of land be and the same is hereby approved. <br /> The -question was on the adoption of the Resolution and the roll being <br /> called, there were 5 YEAS and 0 NAYS, as follows: <br /> Councilman Sundland Councilman Sauer <br /> Councilman Haik Mayor Miedtke <br /> Councilman Stauffer <br /> Resolution adopted. <br /> ATTEST:/s/ ,fir ; y,�S/ v ► <br /> City Manager/Mayor <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br /> COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) <br /> CITY OF ) <br /> I , Carol B.
