RESOLUTION 77-036 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br /> ON ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1976-1 <br /> Whereas , Street Improvement Project 1976-1 is substantially <br /> completed and all costs are substantially determinable. <br /> Whereas, the City Council intends to specially assess at least <br /> 20% of the benefit of this improvement, <br /> Now Therefore Be It Resolved that the City Clerk is directed <br /> to prepare the required assessment roll, upon assessment policy input <br /> from the Council; <br /> And the City Council shall meet in the City Hall on Tuesday, the <br /> 27th day of September, 1977 at 8: 00 P.M. for the purpose of passing <br /> upon said assessments and learning all objections thereto; and <br /> Furthermore, Be It Resolved that the City Clerk shall cause notice <br /> of said hearing to be published in the St. Anthony Bulletin, the <br /> official City newspaper and to be mailed to the owner of each parcel <br /> of land described is said assessment roll at least two weeks before the <br /> . date of said meeting. <br /> Adopted July 26 , 1977. <br /> May r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> s <br />
