• RESOLUTION 77-037 A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS ON STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1976-2 AND ON REASSESSMENT 1977-1 Whereas, the City participated in the improvement of Stinson Boulevard with the City of Columbia Heights, and Whereas , a benefit was received from that improvement by a parcel of land in the City, and Whereas, the Council desires to specially assess a portion of the cost of that improvement to the property in question. And Whereas, certain special assessments have remained un- collected in the City, and Whereas, legal counsel has opinioned that these assessments are collectible. Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to prepare the required assessment rolls, • And the City Council shall meet in the City Hall on Tuesday, the 13th day of September, 1977 at 8:00 P.M. for the purpose of passing upon said assessment for Street Improvement 1976-2 and Tuesday the 13th day of September, 1977 at 8: 30 P.M. for the purpose of passing upon said assessments for Reassessment 1977-1 and hearing all objections thereto, and Furthermore, Be It Resolved that the City Clerk shall cause notice of said hearing to be published in the St. Anthony Bulletin the official City newspaper and to be mailed to the owner of each parcel of land described is said assessment roll at least two weeks before the date of said meeting.
