• <br /> RESOLUTION 77-038 <br /> A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING HIGHCREST ROAD <br /> AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID ROAD <br /> Whereas, Highcrest Road carries a significant amount of <br /> traffic; and <br /> Whereas, there has never been a permanent roadway constructed <br /> on Highcrest Road; and <br /> Whereas, the City has excess mileage to use in designating <br /> M.S.A. streets, and <br /> Whereas, the improvement of Highcrest Road, financed in part <br /> with M. S.A. funds may be desirable. <br /> Now, Therefore Be It Resolved that Highcrest Road between 37th <br /> Avenue N.E. (County Road "D") and 33rd Avenue N.E. be designated <br /> • as an M.S.A. road. <br /> Adopted August 9 , 1977. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • <br />
