RESOLUTION 77-041 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE AMOUNT TO BE ASSESSED ON STREET IMPROVEMENT 1976-2 AND THE AMOUNT THE CITY WILL PAY Whereas, Street Improvement Project 1976-2 has been completed and, Whereas, final costs are substantially determinable and, Whereas, the Council desires to assess a portion of this cost to benefitted properties , Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the net amount to be assessed to benefitted properties is $ 996 .61 pursuant to the street assessment policy; the City will pay the balance out of other funds.
