• <br /> RESOLUTION 77-050 <br /> A RESOLUTION REQUESTING AN EXTENSION FOR <br /> SUBMISSION OF ST. ANTHONY'S LOCAL PLANNING <br /> ASSISTANCE GRANT APPLICATION <br /> Whereas, the City of St. Anthony is required to conform to the <br /> Metropolitan Land Planning Act, and <br /> Whereas, the City intends to conform to that requirement, and <br /> Whereas, the Metropolitan Council is providing grant funds for <br /> the purpose of conforming to the Act, and <br /> Whereas, the City intends to apply for such grant funds but will <br /> not be able to do so until after October 23, 1977, the deadline for <br /> submission of said application, due to staff limitations and to pro- <br /> vide adequate review of planning proposals, and <br /> Whereas , the Metropolitan Council 's application guidelines pro- <br /> vide for application extensions. <br /> Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony does hereby request that an application deadline ex- <br /> tension be granted until December 23, 1977. <br /> The City Clerk is also hereby directed to send a certified copy <br /> of this resolution to the Chairman. <br /> Adopted this 11th day of October 1977. <br /> JAV a-A <br /> RCLYU.L <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br />
