• <br /> RESOLUTION 77-063 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR A COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING <br /> GRANT TO THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br /> Whereas, the Metropolitan Land Planning ,Act mandated comprehen- <br /> sive planning by local units of government in the metropolitan area, <br /> and <br /> Whereas, the City intends to conform to that requirement, and <br /> Whereas, funds are available to the City to defray part of the <br /> cost of such planning, and <br /> Whereas, the City Council desires to obtain such funds. <br /> Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized to submit a grant application to the Metropolitan Council <br /> with a total budget for such planning not to exceed $8 , 747. 00 , <br /> pursuant to previous Council action. <br /> • Adopted this 13th day of December, 1977 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: 6,,,e., <br /> City Clerk <br /> • <br />
