• <br /> RESOLUTION 79-002 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15, 1979 AS CUT OFF <br /> DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Whereas, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has con- <br /> sidered its construction program, and <br /> Whereas, the Council deems it necessary to establish a time <br /> limit on the requests for public improvements so as to insure adequate <br /> time to comply with the improvement procedures as established in the <br /> Minneosta State Statutes. <br /> Now Therefore Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15th as the final day for <br /> accepting petitions for public improvements to be included in the 1979 <br /> construction program. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of January 1979 . <br /> • <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Wager <br /> • <br />
