• RESOLUTION 79-011 A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF SILVER LAKE TERRACE After discussion of a petition to vacate a portion of Silver Lake Terrace, as dedicated in the plat of Olson ' s Addition, it was deemed in the interest of the public to grant the vacation requested in the petition, Council member Sundland introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, that the following described portion of Silver Lake Terrace as dedicated in the plat of Olson' s Addition, be, and the same hereby is, declared and ordered vacated and discontinued: All that part of Silver Lake Terrace as platted in Olson' s Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, which lies Westerly of a line 20 feet Easterly of, measured at a right angle to and parallel with the most Westerly line of said Silver Lake Terrace , RESERVING and retaining unto the City of St. Anthony, • however, -an easement for snow storage purposes over and across the Easterly 15 feet of said portion of Silver Lake Terrace, according to the plat of Olson' s Addition, on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, Ramsey County, Minnesota. And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the proper county offices notice of said vacation. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Mayor Haik and upon vote being taken, thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Sundland, Haik, Sauer, Ranallo, Letourneau and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted. Adopted this 9th day of January, 1979.
