• <br /> RESOLUTION 79-013 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING <br /> ON STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1979-001 <br /> Whereas, the City Council has ordered an engineering feasibility <br /> study for Street Improvement Project 1979-001, consisting of a new <br /> bituminous street, concrete curbing, possible sanitary sewer reconstruc- <br /> tion and appurtenances . <br /> Whereas, the City Council has received said study which concludes <br /> that the project is feasible from an engineering standpoint. <br /> Whereas , the City Council intends to assess a portion of said pro- <br /> ject, if authorized. <br /> Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony will hold a public hearing on February 27th , at 8 :00 p.m. <br /> in the Council chambers of the City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter <br /> N.E. corner) to consider said project and its financing. The estimated <br /> cost of said project is $322, 899 which includes $252 , 899 for street con- <br /> struction related costs and $70 ,000 for estimated sanitary sewer recon- <br /> struction costs . The area proposed to be assessed are all parcels in the <br /> • City which abut on Highcrest Road. The project is proposed as a joint <br /> undertaking of the City of St. Anthony and the City of Roseville except <br /> that repairs to St. Anthony sanitary sewer lines are the sole responsi- <br /> bility of the City of St. Anthony . <br /> Be If Further Resolved that notice of hearing is directed to be pub- <br /> lished in the City' s legal newspaper and mailed to the owner of each <br /> parcel within the area proposed to be assessed, pursuant to state law. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of January , 1979 . <br /> Lea_"g <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> .
