i <br /> RESOLUTION 79-019 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ST. ANTHONY <br /> C.D.B.G. APPLICATION, YEAR V <br /> Resolution authorizing submission of the City of St. Anthony Community <br /> Development Program to Hennepin County for consideration as part of the <br /> Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant Application, in <br /> accord with the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 , as amended. <br /> Whereas, the City of St. Anthony has executed a Cooperation Agreement <br /> with Hennepin County agreeing to participate in the Urban Hennepin County <br /> Community Development Block Grant Program, and <br /> Whereas, a three year Community Development Program and Housing <br /> Assistance Plan has been prepared consistent with the Comprehensive Urban <br /> Hennepin County Community Development strategy and the Community Develop- <br /> ment Program Regulations, and <br /> Whereas , the three year Community Development Program and Housing <br /> Assistance Plan has been subject to citizen review pursuant to the Urban <br /> • Hennepin County Citizen Participation Plan. <br /> Be It Resolved, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> approved the proposed three year Community Development Program and Housing <br /> Assistance Plan and authorizes the appropriate execution of the applica- <br /> tion material and transmit it to Hennepin County for consideration as part <br /> of the Year V Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant <br /> Application. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of February 1979 • <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City ager <br />
