RESOLUTION 79-020 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING <br /> STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1979-001 <br /> Be It Resolved the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, <br /> as follows : <br /> 1. It is hereby found and determined that notice of hearing on a <br /> street improvement in the City was duly mailed on February 12 , 1979 , and <br /> published in the St. Anthony Edition of the New Brighton Bulletin, the <br /> official newspaper of the City, on February 8, 1979 , and February 15 , 1979, <br /> as required by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 , and as ordered by resolu- <br /> tion of this Council adopted on January 23, 1979 . <br /> 2 . A public hearing having been held on this date and opportunity <br /> having been given at such hearing to all persons to make known their views <br /> on said improvement, and this Council being fully advised of the pertinent <br /> facts, does hereby order the construction of said improvement , in accord- <br /> ance with the description thereof contained in said notice of hearing. <br /> 3. Said improvement is hereby designated and shall hereafter be <br /> referred to as "Street Improvement Project 1979-001" . <br /> 4 .
