RESOLUTION 79-039 <br /> A RESOLUTUION INCREASING THE RATE OF <br /> #0 REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE USE OF AN <br /> EMPLOYEE'S VEHICLE FOR OFFI- <br /> CIAL CITY BUSINESS <br /> Whereas , the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> adopted Ordinance Section 136, which specifies that the <br /> City Council may increase the mileage reimbursement rate <br /> for use of an employee' s vehicle for official city busi- <br /> ness . <br /> Whereas , the rate can be increased by resolution of <br /> the City Council. <br /> Be It Hereby Resolved that the mileage reimbursement <br /> rate is hereby increased from 13� per mile to 17� per mile <br /> and shall remain at said rate until changed by resolution <br /> of the City Council. <br /> i <br /> Adopted this ,26 day of 1979 . <br /> Mayor <br /> 9 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City pager <br />
