RESOLUTION 79-042 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE <br /> AUTHORIZATION OF CITY OF ST. ANTHONY INDUSTRIAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS , AND RESCINDING RESO- <br /> LUTION 79-037. <br /> Whereas , the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires to <br /> consider the issuance of Industrial Development Revenue Bonds for a <br /> proposed project by Special Parts , Inc. <br /> Whereas, state law requires a public hearing on said issuance. <br /> Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the City Council of the <br /> City of St. Anthony will hold a public hearing at 8 : 30 p.m. on <br /> Tuesday, July 24 , 1979 , in the Council Chambers of the City Hall , <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road. <br /> Be It Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to publish <br /> notice of said hearing pursuant to state law. <br /> Adopted this day of 1979 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: / <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City MAnager <br />
