RESOLUTION 79-046 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEIENT <br /> PROJECT 1979-001 <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly called and held on <br /> February 27, 1979 , to consider Improvement Project No. 1979-006 , <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , the Council, on February 27, 1979 , ordered Short- <br /> Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. to prepare plans and specifications . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby accept <br /> and approve said plans and specifications for Improvement Project <br /> No. 1979-001. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the plans for the connection to <br /> the Minnesota Waste Cjntrol Commission line at Highcrest Road and <br /> Lydia Avenue shall be bid with the Highcrest Road plans , but as <br /> an option to be exercised if the City Council so desires. <br /> Adopted this /() day of 1979 . <br /> 7 <br /> 4 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City MAnager <br />
