RESOLUTION 79-047 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT <br /> WITH MINNEAPOLIS FOR A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT <br /> LOWRY AVENUE N.E. AND STINSON BOULDVARD . <br /> Whereas, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has <br /> considered it desirable to install a full traffic activated control <br /> signal system with mast arms and integral street lights at the <br /> intersection of County State Aid Highway No. 153 (Lowry Avenue N.E . ) <br /> with Stinson Boulevard; and <br /> Whereas , St. Anthony and Minneapolis have expressed their <br /> willingness to participate in the construction , operation , and <br /> maintenance cost of said signal and street lights ; and <br /> Whereas, said work shall be carried out by the parties hereto <br /> under the provision of Minnesota Statutes Section 162 . 17 . <br /> Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the City Council of the <br /> City of St. Anthony hereby approves the Agreement for Participation <br /> in the Construction and Operation of Traffic Control Signals and <br /> Street Lights at the intersection of Lowry Avenue N.E. and Stinson <br /> Boulevard with the City of Minneapolis. <br /> hk <br /> Adopted this Z© d y of 1979 . <br /> • <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: �. <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: 0""." <br /> City anager <br />
