RESOLUTION 79-040 <br /> A RESOLUTION- RELATING TO PARYING <br /> RESTRICTIIONS ON HIGHCREST ROAD <br /> S .A.P . 161-110-01 FROM 33rd AVE- <br /> NUE TO 37th AVE':UE IN THE CITY <br /> OF ST. ANTHONY , MINNESOTA. <br /> THIS RESOLUTION:, sassed this 10th day of July , 1979 , by ti-:e <br /> City of St. Anthony , in Hennepin/Ramsey Counties , Minnesota . In <br /> municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City" , <br /> WITNESSETH : <br /> WHEREAS , the City has planned the improvement of fiSAS 110 <br /> (Highcrest Road) from 33rd Avenue to 37th Avenue , <br /> WHEREAS , the City ;ell! be expanding :Municipal State Aid Fu-:ds <br /> on the improvement of said street , and <br /> WHEREP.S , said ii-nprovement does not conform to t;le approves <br /> mini,,,um standards as previously adopted for such Municipal State <br /> Aid Streets and that approval of the proposed construction as a <br /> Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned <br /> upon certain parking restrictions , and <br /> WHEREAS , the extent of these restrictions that would be a <br /> necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a <br /> Municipal State Aid project in the City has been determined. <br /> • <br /> NO[-V , THEREFORE , IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City shall <br /> restrict the parking to motor vehicles on the west sideofMSAS <br /> 1-10 (Highcrest Road) at all times . <br /> Dated this 10th day of July , 1979. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration : <br /> City anager <br /> • <br />
