RESOLUTION 79-049 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br /> BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1979-001 <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council has heretofore approved plans and <br /> specifications for improvement project number 1979-001 , and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest <br /> of the City that bids be received at this time, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony, Hennepin/Ramsey Counties , Minnesota, as follows : <br /> 1 . That the Roseville City Council , the contractee , <br /> shall meet at the time and place specified in the <br /> Advertisement for Bids for the purpose of receiving <br /> bids for the construction of said improvement. <br /> 2 . The Clerk is authorized and directed to cause <br /> an advertisement for said bids to be published for <br /> two successive weeks in the St. Anthony Bulletin, <br /> being the official newspaper of the City, the first <br /> of said publications to be not less than three (3) <br /> weeks prior to the opening of said bids , said ad- <br /> vertisement to also be published in the Construction <br /> Bulletin, 1022 Upper Midwest Building, Minneapolis , <br /> • Minnesota, on the same terms and conditions . <br /> 3.
