RESOLUTION 79-058 <br /> A RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING A JOINT <br /> COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN <br /> COUNTY REGARDING COMMUNITY BLOCK <br /> DEVELOPMENT FUNDS . <br /> WHEREAS , the City of St. Anthony and the County of Hennepin <br /> have a Joint Cooperation Agreement in effect for the use of <br /> Community Development Block Grant funds from the U.S . Department <br /> of Housing and Urban Development; and <br /> WHEREAS , both parties wish to terminate that agreement and <br /> replace it with a new Joint Cooperation Agreement, County Contract <br /> No. 90467; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the current agreement with the County <br /> of Hennepin be terminated effective September 30 , 1979 , and <br /> a new agreement with the County of Hennepin, County Contract <br /> No. 90467 be implemented effective October 1, 1979; and the Mayor <br /> and the City Manager be authorized to execute the agreement on <br /> behalf of the city. <br /> Adopted this day of August, 1979 . <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration <br /> City ager <br />
