RESOLUTION 79-064 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HENNEPIN <br /> • COUNTY TO EXECUTE SUPPLEMENTAL <br /> AGREEMENT NO. 5 WITH THE MINNESOTA <br /> DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. <br /> WHEREAS, a manhole is to be placed in the CSAH 94 right of way <br /> to serve a gate valve. <br /> WHEREAS , this improvement is not part of the original contract <br /> specifications . <br /> WHEREAS, the total net cost of $1,000 is to be split equally between <br /> the cities of St. Anthony and Roseville. <br /> WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 5 provides for the cost distri- <br /> bution. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council hereby authorizes Hennepin County <br /> to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City and agrees to pay <br /> its share. <br /> Adopted this S day of 1979 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: (� <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City nager <br /> • <br />
