RESOLUTION 79-067 <br /> A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF AN <br /> ALLEY IN SOO MARIE PARK ADDITION. <br /> After discussion of a petition to vacate a portion of an alley <br /> in Soo Marie Park Addition as dedicated in the proposed plat <br /> of Blanske Addition, it was deemed in the interest of the public <br /> to grant the vacation requested in the petition. Council member <br /> introduced the following resolution and <br /> moved its adoption: <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> that the following described portion of Soo Marie Park as dedicated <br /> in the proposed Blanske Addition Plat, be, and the same hereby is , <br /> declared and ordered vacated and discontinued: <br /> That part of the alley in Block 17, lying north of <br /> a line drawn between the southwest corner of Lot 25 , <br /> said Block 17 and the southwest corner of Lot 6 , said <br /> Block 17. All in Soo Marie Park , according to the plat <br /> thereof on file and of record in the office of the <br /> County Recorder, in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the <br /> proper county offices notice of said vacation. <br /> The mo ion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by <br /> and upon a vote being taken, thereon, the <br /> following voted in favor thereof : <br /> and the following voted against <br /> same : <br /> Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted. <br /> Adopted this 25th day of September, 1979 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: , <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: v-�-�-�— <br /> City Ma ger <br />
