RESOLUTION 79-084 <br /> A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF THE ALLEY <br /> • DEDICATED IN THE PLAT OF THE SOO MARIE PARK <br /> ADDITION. <br /> After discussion of a petition to vacate a portion of the alley <br /> dedicated in the plat of the Soo Marie Park Addition, it was <br /> deemed in the interest of the public to grant the vacation requested <br /> in the petition. Council member - introduced <br /> the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> that the following described portion of Soo Marie Park be, and the <br /> same hereby is, declared and ordered vacated and discontinued: <br /> That part of the alley lying north of a line drawn <br /> between the southeast corner of Lot 25 and the <br /> southwest corner of Lot 8 and lying south of a line <br /> drawn between the northeast corner of Lot 24 and the <br /> northwest corner of Lot 7, all in Block 17, Soo <br /> Marie Park. <br /> And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the <br /> proper county offices notice of said vacation. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by <br /> , and upon vote being taken, thereon, the <br /> following voted in favor thereof: , <br /> and the following voted against same: <br /> Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted. <br /> Adopted this ;�t day of �Qp , 1979. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: (?4uz 46 <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City M ger <br /> • <br />
