RESOLUTION 79-086 <br /> A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF SUNSET <br /> LANE AS PLATTED IN MOUNDS VIEW ACRES SECOND <br /> ADDITION. <br /> After discussion of a petition to vacate a portion of Sunset Lane as <br /> platted in Mounds View Acres Second Addition, it was deemed in the <br /> interest of the public to grant the vacation requested in the petition. <br /> Council member introduced the following resolution <br /> and moved its adoption: <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> that the following described portion of Sunset Lane as platted in <br /> Mounds View Acres Second Addition, be, and the same hereby is, declared <br /> and ordered vacated and discontinued: <br /> That part of the South 1/2 of Sunset Lane, lying between <br /> the Northerly extension of the East and West lines of <br /> Lot 20, Block 12 , Mounds View Acres Second Addition <br /> according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of <br /> record in the office of the County Recorder in and for <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the <br /> proper county offices notice of said vacation. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by <br /> and upon a vote being taken, thereon, the <br /> following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against <br /> same: <br /> Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted. <br /> Adopted this 18th day of December, 1979 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Ci y Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
