• <br /> RESOLUTION 90-020 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A RESIGNATION FOR <br /> AND APPOINTMENT TO MAYOR <br /> OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, at a Special Council Meeting on May 1, 1990, <br /> the City Council received a letter of <br /> resignation as Mayor of St. Anthony Village <br /> from Robert J. Sundland (due to illness) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council determined Mayor Pro Tem <br /> Clarence J. Ranallo suitably qualified to <br /> service in that position for the remainder of <br /> the Mayoral four year term of office. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council <br /> hereby accepts the resignation of Robert J. <br /> Sundland and unanimously appoints Clarence J. <br /> Ranallo as Mayor of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> • BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby <br /> accepts the resignation of Clarence J.
