CITY OF ST. ANTHONY ' ` L <br /> RESOLUTION 90-029 <br /> A RESOLUTION TERMINATING A JOINT COOPERATION AGREEMENT <br /> AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> A NEW JOINT COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR THE PURPOSES <br /> OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> BETWEEN HENNEPIN COUNTY AND THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota and the County of <br /> Hennepin have in effect a Joint Cooperation Agreement, <br /> County Contract No. 70493 , for the purposes of qualifying <br /> as an Urban County under the United States Department of <br /> Housing and Urban Development community Development Block <br /> Grant program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the County wish to terminate the current <br /> Agreement and execute a new Joint Cooperation Agreement, <br /> County Contract No. AO5080, to reconstitute Urban <br /> Hennepin County for purposes of the Community Development <br /> Block Grant program. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the current Joint Cooperation Agreement <br /> between the City and the County, County Contract No. <br /> • 70493 , be terminated effective September 30, 1990, and a <br /> new Joint Cooperation Agreement between the City and the <br /> County, County Contract No. A05080, be executed effective <br /> October 1, 1990, and that the Mayor and the City Manager <br /> be authorized and directed to sign the Agreement on <br /> behalf of the City. <br /> The question was on the adoption of the resolution, and upon a vote <br /> being duly taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Marks , Makowske, Enrooth, Ranallo and Wagner <br /> and <br /> None <br /> the following voted against the same: <br /> Adopted this I CO-h h day of TLcj,4 1990. <br /> r <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: t�t� <br /> City Clerk <br /> • Reviewed for Administration:T/ �f�fif �• <br /> City Manager <br />
