RESOLUTION 90-038 <br /> A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY TAX LEVY <br /> AND 1991 BUDGET IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRUTH IN <br /> TAXATION ACT <br /> WHEREAS, the Truth in Taxation Law requires that the City of St. Anthony provide <br /> Hennepin and Ramsey Counties with a certified tax levy and 1991 budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City Manager's proposed 1991 budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on November 27, 1990, 7:30 P.M. at its <br /> Council Chambers to discuss the tax increase with the residents of St. <br /> Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS, the information required for the City to calculate a definitive tax levy has been <br /> collected. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> the 1990 property tax levy collectible in 1991 is: <br /> • 1991 levy limit $1,470,987 <br /> Housing and Redevelopment <br /> Authority levy 20,000 <br /> Certificate of Indebtedness 99,638 <br /> TOTAL 1991 TAX LEVY $1,590,625 <br /> The 1991 budget is $4,251,225. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified <br /> copy of this resolution to the County Auditor's of Hennepin and Ramsey <br /> Counties of Minnesota. <br /> Adopted this a7-Lb, day of Nnuem.bex- J1990. <br /> 11�z_-La <br /> .n' <br /> Ma3 M— <br /> x „t4r':,1..L that 5',hi e; i:.(k PC.•r:ue and <br /> C:. t . �1.Wt'u�"sG3"r rt:toordz. <br /> ATTEST• <br /> City Clerk ///,?7/�6) <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
