• <br /> RESOLUTION 90-039 <br /> A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE RATE OF REIMBURSEMENT <br /> FOR THE USE OF AN EMPLOYEE'S VEHICLE FOR <br /> OFFICIAL CITY BUSINESS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance Section <br /> 136, which specifies that the City Council may increase the mileage <br /> reimbursement rate for the use of an employee's vehicle for official <br /> city business; and <br /> WHEREAS, the rate can be increased by resolution of the City Council. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the mileage reimbursement rate <br /> be increased so as to remain equal to that rate established by the <br /> Federal Internal Revenue Service Tax Laws. Said increase shall be <br /> effective for mileage driven on and after January 1, 1991. <br /> Adopted this 1 I ` day of December, 19 9 D <br /> • <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
