The Clerk presented to the City Council affidavits showing publication <br /> • in the official newspaper of the City and in Northwestern Financial Review of a <br /> Notice of Sale of $1,550,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 1991A of the <br /> City for which bids were to be considered at this meeting in accordance with the <br /> resolution adopted by the Council on November 27, 1990. The affidavits were <br /> examined, found satisfactory and directed to be placed on file in the office of the <br /> Clerk. <br /> It was reported that 9 sealed bids had been received prior to the <br /> time stated in the Notice of Sale. The bids having been opened and tabulated, as <br /> provided on the Notice of Sale, were all found to conform to the Notice of Sale and <br /> the Official Terms of Offering and the purchase price, interest rates and net interest <br /> cost under the terms of each bid were found to be as follows: <br /> • <br /> Interest Total Interest Cost <br /> Name of Bidder Purchase Price Rates And Net Average Rate <br /> (See attached) <br /> • <br />
