ANTHONY A-14L �4 . <br /> ) ,-m� <br /> RESOLUTION 91-017 <br /> A RESOLUTION OPPOSING STATE MANDATES TO <br /> CITIES, WITHOUT FUNDING <br /> WHEREAS, The State Legislature has passed the Governor's 1991 budget which will result <br /> in a $21 million cut in state aid to cities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the State Legislature is discussing further cuts which could amount to as much <br /> as $200 million; and <br /> WHEREAS, the State Legislature is also considering proposals which could create new <br /> mandates or proposals to cities. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby opposes State mandates made which would directly affect city budgets <br /> without funding assistance. <br /> Adopted this day of 'r Lt o-r�/ , 1991. <br /> • <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: &X" <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City anager <br /> 0 <br />
