ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 91-023 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED PROGRAM FOR YEAR VII <br /> URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING ITS SUBMITTAL <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, through execution of a Joint Cooperation Agreement <br /> with Hennepin County, is a cooperating unit in the Urban Hennepin County <br /> Community Development Block Grant Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has developed a proposal for the use of Urban <br /> Hennepin County CDBG funds made available to it, following a public <br /> hearing on April 23, 1991 to obtain the views of citizens on local and Urban <br /> Hennepin County housing and community development needs and the City's <br /> following proposed use of $28,457.00 from the Year VII Urban Hennepin <br /> County Community Development Block Grant. <br /> Projects Budget <br /> Senior Citizens Program $ 4,268.00 <br /> Single Family Housing Rehabilitation (low-moderate income) $ 7,000.00 <br /> Kenzie Terrace Sidewalk Project $17,189.00 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony approves the proposed <br /> use of Year VII Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant funds and <br /> authorizes submittal of the proposal to Hennepin County Citizens Advisory Committee and <br /> for inclusion in the Year VII Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block <br /> Grant Program Statement of Objectives and Projected Use of Funds. <br /> Adopted this oq,3rd day of A D r 1 , 1991. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: &XW�_ a <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> • Ci Manager <br />
