4" <br /> �w <br /> • AGREEMENT BETWEEN 11 <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY AND THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> FOR A RECYCLING EXPANSION GRANT <br /> This Agreement is made this 23rd day of April 1991 , between <br /> Ramsey County through the Public Health Department ( the "County" ) <br /> and the City of St. -Anthony( the "City" ) . <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, The County has established policies and plans supporting <br /> curbside recycling as part of an overall waste abatement program; and <br /> WHEREAS, The City supports curbside recycling and has established a <br /> long term plan for funding of a recycling program serving residents of <br /> the City which includes curbside collection of recyclables; and <br /> WHEREAS, The County will be collecting funding for recycling programs <br /> from the State of Minnesota and the Metropolitan Council which, in <br /> part, provide for the expansion of recycling services ; and <br /> WHEREAS, The City has established an in-house recycling program <br /> pursuant to Minn. Stat. 115A. 151; and <br /> WHEREAS, The City has requested funds from the County to expand its <br /> • City' s recycling program; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, The County and City mutually agree as follows in <br /> consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein: <br /> 1. OBLIGATIONS <br /> a. Reimbursement <br /> 1 . The City is obligated to provide curbside recycling for at <br /> least four materials . <br /> 2 . The City is required to credit the County, the <br /> Metropolitan Council, and the State of Minnesota' s SCORE fund <br /> as funding sources in any public education materials. <br /> 3. The City shall incur expenses for reimbursement by the <br /> County in accordance with the budget,presented in Attachment <br /> A, which is attached and incorporated into this Agreement. <br /> Reimbursement is not to be requested for expenses reimbursed <br /> by other sources. Proper documentation is required for <br /> reimbursement. <br /> 4 . The County shall reimburse the City for adequately <br /> documented requests consistent with Attachment A submitted by <br /> • the City. <br />
