LEASE AMENDMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT OF LEASE AMENDMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> 1991, by and between APACHE PLAZA, LTD. , a Minnesota <br /> Limited Partnership (hereinafter referred to as "Lessor") and CITY OF ST. <br /> ANTHONY, a municipal Corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant") ; <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into an Agreement of Lease dated June <br /> 2, 1989 for premises known as Store Numbers 12, 13 and 14 located in Apache <br /> Plaza Shopping Center, St. Anthony, Minnesota; <br /> WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend said Agreement of Lease; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to said intention and in consideration of the mutual <br /> covenants and agreements of the parties herein contained, effective the <br /> day of , 1991, Lessor and Tenant have agreed to <br /> modify the Lease as follows: <br /> 1. SECTION 501, entitled Minimum Guaranteed Annual Rent shall be amended <br /> as follows. <br /> a. For the lease period commencing November 1, 1990 and terminating <br /> October 31, 1991, Tenant shall pay monthly rent in the amount of <br /> $1,848.67. <br /> b. For the lease period commencing November 1, 1991 and terminating <br /> August 31, 1992, Tenant shall pay monthly rent in the amount of <br /> $3,098.67. <br /> c. For the lease period commencing September 1, 1992 and terminating <br /> October 31, 1993, Tenant shall pay monthly rent in the amount of <br /> $3,266.30. <br /> IT IS AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD, that other than the modifcations contained herein, <br /> said Agreement of Lease shall remain in full force and effect in accorance with <br /> its terms and conditions. <br /> IN WITNESS WHERETO, the parties have hereunto set their hands on the day and <br /> year first above written. <br /> In The Presence Of: LESSOR: APACHE PLAZA, LTD. <br /> Rein Associates Co. , <br /> General Partner <br /> By: <br /> Roman Brand s, President <br /> Date Executed by Lessor: <br /> • <br /> In The Presence Of: TENANT: CITY OF ST.
