CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 91-034 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY <br /> FOR THE URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has executed a Joint Cooperation Agreement with <br /> Hennepin County for the purpose of participating in the 1991 (Year XVII) <br /> Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant Program;and <br /> WHEREAS, Hennepin County is the recipient of an annual grant from the U.S. <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Development for the purposes of the <br /> program and the City is a subrecipient under the program and receives a <br /> share of the grant; and <br /> WHEREAS, program regulations require that the City and County execute a Subrecipient <br /> Agreement which sets forth the specific implementation processes for activities <br /> to be undertaken with program funds. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Anthony City Council hereby <br /> authorizes and directs the Mayor and the City Manager to execute Subrecipient Agreement, <br /> County Contract Number A07781, on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted this '3/15t day of lujy , 1991. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> CityManager <br /> • <br />
