Information Required from St. Anthony if a Party to Part I of the Minneapolis Application <br /> * Detail is outlined in the Minneapolis Work Plan, dated February 1, 1991 <br /> * Application is due to the MPCA on November 18, 1991. The following information <br /> should be completed no later than October 1 in order for Minneapolis to complete the <br /> application package. <br /> * Description of legal authority which St. Anthony has to control discharges to storm <br /> sewers. Should include a summary of insufficient authorities and historical use of <br /> authority. <br /> * Summary of land use, population, and runoff coefficient for area of St. Anthony <br /> which is subject to the application. Land use map which is superimposed on a storm <br /> sewer map is preferred. <br /> * Map of drainage area locating the following: <br /> Operating and closed landfills <br /> Facilities which discharge to the storm sewers which have an NPDES permit <br /> Major structural controls within storm sewer system <br /> Parks, open space, and recreation areas <br /> * Description of existing Management Programs <br /> Flood control programs <br /> Watershed Management Organizations <br /> Emergency Spill Response Procedures <br /> Street Sweeping <br /> Erosion Control Requirements <br /> * Summary of funds/budget available for completion of Part II of the permit application <br /> • 2 <br />
