ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 91-041 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID IN THE MATTER OF <br /> CHANDLER DRIVE CONCRETE PAVEMENT REHABILITATION <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of Chandler Drive <br /> from County Road D to Foss Road, bids were received, opened and tabulated <br /> according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the <br /> advertisement: <br /> Progressive Contractors, Inc. $155,713.00 <br /> Thomas and Sons Construction, Inc. $1601830.50 <br /> Advance Concrete, Inc. $166,773.50 <br /> Palda and Sons, Inc. $168,976.51 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Progressive Contractors, Inc. of Osseo,Minnesota, is the lowest <br /> responsible bidder. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of St. Anthony, Minnesota <br /> • 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br /> into the contract with Progressive Contractors, Inc. of Osseo, Minnesota, in <br /> the name of the City of St. Anthony for the improvement of Chandler Drive <br /> according to the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and on <br /> file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
