ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 91-046 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID IN THE MATTER OF <br /> KENZIE TERRACE SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of Kenzie Terrace <br /> sidewalk, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the <br /> following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> R & D Enterprises, Inc. $17,055.00 <br /> Joseph Construction of St. Paul, Inc. $179248.40 <br /> DnCON, Inc. $181739.50 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that R & D Enterprises, Inc. of Roseville, Minnesota is the lowest <br /> responsible bidder. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1) The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br /> into the attached contract with R & D Enterprises, Inc. of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota in the name of the City of St. Anthony for the improvement of <br /> Kenzie Terrace Sidewalk according to the plans and specifications therefore <br /> approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2) The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br /> bidders the deposits made with their bids, except the deposits of the successful <br /> bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been <br /> signed. <br /> Adopted this V�6- day of n�o`-0he r , 1991. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: �. <br /> • City Manager <br />
