CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • RESOLUTION 91-050 <br /> A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY TAX LEVY <br /> AND 1992 BUDGET IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br /> TRUTH IN TAXATION ACT <br /> WHEREAS, the Truth in Taxation Law requires that the City of St. Anthony provide <br /> Hennepin and Ramsey Counties with a certified tax levy and 1992 budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City Manager's proposed 1992 budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on November 26, 19917 7:30 P.M. at its <br /> Council Chambers to discuss the tax levy with the residents of St. Anthony; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the information required for the City to calculate a definitive tax levy has been <br /> collected. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that: <br /> the 1991 property tax levy collectible in 1992 is: <br /> 1992 levy ($20,000 less than limit) $1,522,479 <br /> Housing & Redevelopment Authority levy 20,000 <br /> Certificate of Indebtedness 76.205 <br /> TOTAL 1992 COLLECTIBLE TAX LEVY $1,618,684 <br /> The 1992 operating budget is $4,425,565. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified <br /> copy of this resolution to the County Auditors of Hennepin and Ramsey Counties of <br /> Minnesota. <br /> Adopted this day of N oye-m Ler , 1991. <br /> Mayor <br /> City Clerk <br /> • <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
