• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 91-053 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT AND <br /> 1992 SALARY OF THOMAS D. BURT, ST. ANTHONY CITY MANAGER <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony desires to employ Thomas D. Burt as its City <br /> Manager; and <br /> WHEREAS, Thomas D. Burt desires to be retained and employed by the City of St. <br /> Anthony as its City Manager; and <br /> WHEREAS, both parties have agreed to the 1992 salary of Fifty-five Thousand Dollars <br /> ($55,000) for the City Manager. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, <br /> Minnesota, that effective December 16, 1991, the salary for and employment as City <br /> Manager of Thomas D.
