• <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 92-020 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> AND THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON FOR PROVISION <br /> OF HEPATITIS B VACCINE <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has an ongoing Hepatitis B vaccination program for <br /> those persons who may be at risk of acquiring Hepatitis B due to their City <br /> job responsibilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Bloomington, through its Division of Public Health, has agreed to <br /> vaccinate employees of the City of St. Anthony in order to minimize infection <br /> with Hepatitis B. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute the agreement for provision of <br /> Hepatitis B vaccine with the City of Bloomington. <br /> Adopted this I day of Q/z.�c , 1992. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
